Saunotus Ritual
A guided sauna of healing and myth. Rooted in Finnish tradition, Saunotus weaves heat, herbs, song, and silence into a sacred cycle of the elements—earth, air, fire, water, and löyly, the spirit of steam. Led by a saunottaja, it invites deep surrender and renewal, reconnecting body and soul to the rhythms of nature and the wisdom of the forest.
Aufguss Ritual
A sensory dance of heat and breath. In this German sauna tradition, the Saunameister places scented ice balls onto hot stones, then whirls the rising steam with rhythmic towel movements. Music, scent, and heat flow together, awakening body and spirit in waves. Each Aufguss is a communal ritual of energy, focus, and release.
